'0001-D' means no. 0001 was taken with a digital camera.
35 = 35mm chrome
35n = 35mm negative
MF = Medium format: 6x6, 6x7 or 6x9
Note that pictures may have been cropped, Photoshopped, etc.
Ask if a particular photo is suitable for your requirements.
